Field Trip

Kastyn had her first Kinder Field Trip yesterday! I was lucky enough to get to go with the class, and even ride the bus! The teacher picked ME to be the "Lead-Chaperone". Fun Fun! It helped me, so that I didn't get lost driving there! I got to ride the LOUD, NOISY bus with 60 kinder-kids! yikes!!

We traveled to the Witte Museum. Overall for the most part, I think the kids had a great time. There was a lot for them to look at in the museum, and then there was an entire other building called the Treehouse, that was completely geared toward kiddos, and we spend a lot of time there, exploring and playing! Kastyn's class has 20 kids, and there were 10 parents that volunteered to help out...so each parent was actually only responsible for their child, and then their buddy. So I had Kastyn and Joshua. We also tagged along with Cooper and Annabelle, and Cooper's Mom!

The kids also got to have a picnic lunch before heading back to school! They were all wiped out and CRASHED on the busride home...it was much nicer and quieter, on the ride home! :)

Must be a Texas thing!

Since we've been here, I have been told over and over, that we(Nick and I) MUST have more babies! Really?!?!? The reasoning behind this is, we make beautiful babies, and since we do, we MUST have more! It warms my heart so much to hear other people tell me that my babies are beautiful! I am their Mama, so of course I think they are, but to hear others tell me that they are is wonderful!

I would LOOOVE to have more. Well at least ONE more, but I'm not completely sure that Nick is on board with the having another baby train! We shall see. Only time will tell! Getting Kastyn here was SO easy, and the second time around with Brax wasn't a walk in the park! So I don't know...I guess we will just see with time what happens!

I've heard over and over again, that two kiddos is like playing Man on Man basketball. Two Parents, Two Kids...fair game. You toss that Third Kid into the mix, and well there goes the game...KIDS win! :) lol

Kastyn mentions all the time that she wants another baby, so I know she would be okay with it...but right now, at this point, I'm not sure that Brax would be on board AT ALL! :)

So if it were up to everyone else around us, we would have a complete litter of babies! But it's not, so we will see! LOVE MY BABIES!!

No...wait! Look closer...he is actually trying to sink his 2.5 teeth into his beautiful sister! I wouldn't consider him a "biter", yet...since he only likes to bite when he is super excited, or wrestling with his sister!

He only bites the ones he LOVES!!

Sleep!!

Es muy importante @ mi casa! We are a family that requires mass amounts of sleep to function!!

Kastyn still sleeps around 12 hours a night, and if I enforced it, she would probably still nap!!

Braxtyn also sleeps 12 hours or more a night, and takes two naps a day! If either of them get off their sleep schedule, we have major meltdowns! Not pretty!

I like my sleep too! Nick and I are usually in bed by 10, with the tv off by 10:30, usually earlier...and then we get up btwn 6:30-8:00, depending on if it is a school/work day or not! And count me in for a good nap! I slip in little naps here and there when B naps!

I hope my kiddos continue to be good little sleepers!! :)
