Happy BIRTHday Cason!!!

I want to take a moment to welcome Cason Caleb Clark into the world! He was born today around 1pm, weighing 7lbs 13oz, and was 20 1/2 inches long! The three of us went to visit Chad, Alison, and Cason at the Birthcare Center around 5:30 this evening. Such a sweet sweet baby, and such proud parents! They are truly blessed!

After a long day of hanging out and doing what we wanted...we ended our day with playing some Wii at Kuhns house! So much fun! Nick and I did a little of everything...bowling, boxing, tennis, baseball...and Kastyn even took a swing at boxing! What we didn't realize until she went three rounds was...Nick has moved the levels up...so she was boxing at a high level, and doing GREAT! Nick and I also did the "fit" challenge to see what our "fit" ages were...Nick was 51 and I came in at 55! Yikes!

This is Gamma...

Gamma is one of Kastyn's most favorite people! If I'd let her, she would go visit her 100 times a day! Luckily for Gamma...I don't! But we do try to make it over at least once or twice a week for a visit! We love you Gamma!!!

A Feast at Honeytree

To celebrate Thanksgiving, Honeytree Academy had a "Healty Feast" today. All of the students were asked to bring their favorite healthy snacks....fruit, cheese, crackers, etc. They made Turkey hats, and sang songs as well. Here are some pictures...Kastyn is in the green dress!

Lori and I took the girls to Cinderella at the Wichita Children's Theatre last week! They had a blast! They could either wear PJ's or their fav princess gear! Before the show we ate pizza and after the show we were able to meet the stars of the show!!
